Experience or Degree?

We sometimes face unexpected situation. I told you that cause some of you might ever been this situation before. One school has two English teachers. One of them hasn’t finished his study in English, but he has 8 years experience in teaching English. He becomes a good English teacher through his experience, in his teaching method or in his method to approach the students. On the contrary, the other has already got his English certificate but he has no experience at all. One day, the 1st teacher removed into another subject. The reason is because he hasn’t got the English certificate yet. And the real English teacher handle it all with all his limitation.
The question is, does the 1st teacher deserve to handle an English class?but we totally knew that he hasn’t finished his English program. Or let it flow and let the students become the way they’re gonna be? well, you may say anything you want. It’s free anyway, isn’t it?
